Liver Function tests show high results

I am 31 yrs, male and I don't drink alcohol. I did Liver function blood tests and results are showing high numbers. Is this sign of Jaundice? Bcoz I got Jaundice 1.5 years back and at that time I had such high SGOT / SGPT. Note that currently I don't have any symptoms of jaundice i.e. stomach ache, yellow eyes, weakness etc. Only problem - since 5-6 days I am having some gas. But no other digestice problem (yet). What do you suggest? Should I take Liv52?   Attaching my LFT & CBC reports.

Consult Now
You need USG abdomen pelvis. LFT abnormal. Do urine and stool test. Send reports. And see GI surgeon
