Getting heavy depression and constipation from 3 days. As per diagnostic on one month back fatty liver grade 1 based on that I have used charak livomyn tablets . And now am getting depression and constipation. My liver is not working well and also hands are itching, whole body have some pains. Please suggest for the same.

You have fatty liver grade 1. It is a reversible condition. With correct planned  diet and lifestyle it can be reversed. Medicines are effective without a correct diet. Constipation is a different problem. It can also be corrected with diet and medicines and lifestyle changes.
