Little to mild abdominal cramps

2023-05-28 06:15:56
This is my first month of birth control pills. I am experiencing little to mild abdominal cramps. It's bearable. But I'm experiencing it almost daily. It's my 13th day of pill. I haven't missed it till now. Trying to take nearly the same time. Going through bloating also. Makes me full with less amount of food. No nausea or intolerance to any food.

Pills do not cause cramps. Bloating is though side effect of birth control pills. It will get better

Usually  bloating  ect settle after  2 to 3 weeks. Take  bland diet  for some days. Consult  and  discuss  if required.

The cramps are unrelated to the pills Get an ultrasound done to find out the reason
