Little lobe fond before 4 day only Left side before that everything is normal no any mass. Which was appear before 4 day only. No breathing problem but when we are touching it was pain. Right side appear normal

The swelling could be due to allergic reactions/oedema/infection/insects bite.. need to be assessed by local examination.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
