Little pain in throat

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Issue in throat since a week. Have been consuming alcohol, mostly beer so problem with tonsil. Feels good with warm water, gets dry with no water and it gets bad with cold water. Is it just tonsil problem or something serious I need to visit a doctor for ?
