I am having little bumps on hand which go worse when i go out in heat its been a week i was taking anti allergic but. After stopping they came again what are these

It’s a type of urticaria … it can be solar urticaria but for accurate diagnosis proper history will be needed like when u walk out in sun is the site becomes red immediately
