Hi doc, i had normal delivery on Jan 8th 2024. 2 days back I had severe back pain and saw a small blood streak in thick white discharge and today also I saw a small streak of blood in clear white discharge both only while passing urine i found.. I am breast feeding mom. Is this a period or something to worry. I have not got periods yet. Please advise

It could be  beginning of normal periods It's okay not to get periods while you are breastfeeding make sure there is no pregnancy Get an ultrasound done to find out the reason for the severe pain
