I have listening problem, mostly in crowded area I can't listen properly,and always feels like my ear is blocked.plz suggest me.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  In crowded area or in a loud surrounding, its normal to not be able to hear properly. But since your history was very very limited and minimal, a complete ENT evaluation would be required.  Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards.
