Skin of lower lip is not stable and use to get separate from lip within 1-2 day and new skin reappears which causes redness in lower lip.

Dear Sir! The amount if information you have provided is suggestive of actinic chelitis. For this you will be required to use a good lip balm with sun protection factor every 2-3 hours. In case there are any signs of inflammation, you will also be required to use topical mild steroid cream for a short period. For this you might be required to consult in person to confirm if there is any inflammation or not.
