Lips Drying
Yeah I live in very cold temperatures currently, the daily temperature is around -2 to 3°C. So whenever I go out just within 15-20 minutes my lips get dry and appear dark in colour.What do I do in order to avoid this is just a lip balm sufficient or are there any home remedies. I generally wet the lips with water and peel the black skin/dry skin at the top.I have read on the internet that we can even brush the lower lip region in order to remove that peel. I just want to know which would be better. A home remedy is preferred.
