Lipoma symptoms
I could see multiple small fat lumps inside the skin and google and concluded it is lipoma..is that possible to reduce the lipoma and cure permanently? And will it cause any issues ? What is the best treatment. Could you please help me on it ?

Removal of lipoma can be done for cosmetic reasons or symptomatic if there is pain or it is changing consistency or increasing insize
If there are multiple small asymptomatic lipoma..ideally they can be left as such..
