My brother is having lipoma on hands... Kindly guide some diet plan to overcome it and also know The reason behind this.... As doctor suggested to ignore that as it not painful

Diet has nothing to do with it. It is genetic. You should get it removed because when it grows big, it will press on nerves and muscles and make it painfull to do work. I do a very small surgery for this...easily removable. Please meet me at my clinic
