I have lipoma at the centre of back since childhood. It suddenly grew in size since last week and is very painful. What should I do? Should I give more time for it to heel.. or should it removed. What is the procedure.

Lipo ma usually gets secondarily infected many a times you need to use an antibiotic first and then has to be removed at the earliest It is easier to deal with a lipoma when it is not infected once infected it is very difficult to to remove but it has to be removed at any cost as  it may trouble you again and again
Next Steps
approach and dermatologist use an antibiotic and get the surgery done
