I have been tested for the lipids and the result came as:

Previously one month back my report for
lipid was:
Triglycerides-121
HDL-37
LDL-135
Here my HDL had decreased from 37 to 34 which is in risk zone.
I am doing regular cardio exercise from one month for at least 30 minutes per day and eating soaked almonds and wall nut but my HDL had decreased.
