Please advice from my lipid profile report why triglycerides are only high & other are low CHOL: 162 [110-200] HDL: 36 [40.00-60.00] TG: 328 [40-200] VLDL: 65.60 [10-40] CH/HD: 4.50 [0-4.1] LDLDIR: 84 [0.0-100.00] My Hba1c value is 5

Hi triglycerides are a certain type of fat which leads to hardening of arteries.You need the following Regular exercise Life style modification-avoid alcohol intake ,healthy diet Omega 3 fatty acids. Lipid lowering agents (consult a physician for the same) Repeat lipid profile after 3 months.
