Iam 18 years old. i have pigmentation on my upper lip and around corners of my lips. i also got deep vertical lines on my upper lip. i have fair skin tone and it is the most visible part of my face cause i have full lips. i donot smoke or drink and i have tried everything and nothing works for me. Is laser treatment safe and how much does it cost?
