Lip Cracking, blackning and drying

I got a problem of lip cracking and drying surrounding skin near lips.extent of cracking is like it started bleeding & unable to open my mouth fully.I checked my Thyroid level.TSH was 8. I started Thyronorm. Still my lips are same even TSH is maintained.I consulted skin doctors. one said its elergy bcoz of saliva one said its Contact Dermatitis.They treated me but no improvement.I am taking Vit D3 as my level was below 8. and find improvemet. Is the problem because of vit D?As I started my own
