Hello Doctor, What might be the reason for lightheadedness and dizziness? I did a health checkup recently, all my reports are normal including bp, sugar and 2D Echo except i have vitamin D deficiency and non alcoholic fatty liver. I keep dizziness frequently and i am feeling v disturbed.

It can have varity of reasons if related to posture- dehydration/low BP, inner ear problem like BPPV. , cardiac rhythm problem called Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome after Covid. If not could be neurological or inner ear disease. Will need more information to figure out the probable cause
