Lightheadedness and dizziness n sweating

I have dis problem of light-headedness n 10 sec dizziness followed by heavy sweating. After 1 month, only light headedness n slight dizziness is observed. Ecg, brain CT scan, ent check are all done. Stomach is upset a bit due to travelling. What is my problem ? Bppv or neurological or stomach related or weakness?

Hello,stugeron25MG two three times a day  decrease  dizziness. Plenty of liquids to cop of with sweating.nimupani, BUTTERMILK tea, coffee etc. Consult an ENT specialist.ok.
