I was lightheaded for 4 days straight, went to get my blood taken and checked, she prescribed B12 & Iron, I still get lightheaded and its been 2 months

Hello maam. Greetings. Lightheaded ness could be beacuse of anaemia for which you have been prescribed those medications,  there are still beneficial so do not worry. I would suggest you to go to a physician and get your blood pressures checked regularly, a cause of orthostatic hypotension can lead to lightheadedness.  Thank you
