Hi .. I'm 28 yes old married a year and half ago. I recently started to notice that I have a light period for first two days. On third and fourth day just spotting. On some of period days I have heavy mensutral cramp. But I have a regular 28-30 cycle. I'm worried this light period is due some problem.please advice whether this is normal or I need to consult for this.

You should go for thyroid testing..and if it's normal than nothing to worry as you got yr period s regularly
