Few weeks back My doctor suggested these two medicine(librin and escigold) I need to take it for lifelong?. And before it was only tynept 37.5mg

Duration of treatment is decided by type of illness, severity , duration of illness, previous episodes, response to treatment, genetic history and patients coping skills . So please consult your doctor for same. From type of medicines you have mentioned it looks like you may not need them life long.
