Done LFT two weeks ago. ALP -460. I have fatty liver. Could you please advise on this. Is it OK or need to get treatment. I have also right side chest tightness. If I stand or sit continuously, I can feel right side chest tightness.

Complete LFT and USG abdomen is required and Lipid Profile should also be done . Till then u can take UDILIV 300 once daily for ten days then repeat the same test and reconsult me through Practo
