LFT normal but ultrasound says Liv coars

Ultrasound showed echotexture minimal coarsening . And we did LFT which is normal. What should we do?

Coarse echotexture of liver means cirrhosis . In this condition LFT can be normal.

there should be cause behind this disease.  you have to consult with gastroenterologist.
