Is it okay to take levolin 1.25mg 3 times a day with nebulizer in asthma with severe coughing? Is 1.25mg for 3 times a safe dosage?

Pl start with lesser dose.if the symptoms are not relieved, you can increase the dose,as per the symptoms. Inhalers  are safe.you can consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken ,for proper titration of the dose.
