Less urine output

I am drinking enough water and trying to be hydrated but my urine output is less and flow is also not proper. i have t2dm since 2 years and have recently kft and values arw normal can someone suggest me the remedies

Since you are diabetic and you are saying urine flow is less ,i would suggest you to look for any damage to ur urinary bladder secondary to diabetes
Next Steps
do an ultrasound KUB with pre and post void urine

That means u are sweating the rest out or its getting released as water vapour unless you are having 3-4 litres of water consistently you will have less urine upto 1 litre
