Since the past week...I have been urinating very less...I have done ultrasound twice and it is showing nothing much but partial distension but I am urinating very little...My creatinine was also 1.1 on 07/04/2024...Please guide me what can be the reason since I am drinking lots of water and then too.. I am attaching my creatinine and ultrasound report....Also I want to tell that the urge to urinate is absent...
