Less strength in muscles

Since i use computer mouse for longer hours my wrist would be always paining i need medicine or exercise to give strength to my nerves and muscles

It is not lack of strength that is the cause of your pain. The relevant muscles or tendons must be worked upon. Also the ergonomics of your work must be addressed. Meet a physio who is having expertise in myofascial trigger point release and ergonomics.

U need to balance ur work in such a way that u giv rest to ur joint as well.every few hours u need to relax ur joint stretch mildly start again.hot fomentation can help u lessening pain reducing stiffness so u can use it as a home program.u need to learn exercises for strengthening muscles around wrist elbow and flexibility exercises from a therapist.:-)
