Since the last one year I have had a problem of constipation and less stool passes daily. Feeling full abdomen after the toilet. I am taking cremaffine syrup  15 ml daily at night still a problem persist. I was diagnosed with h pylori and completed antibiotics course, also I do regular exercises like running for half an hour but no improvement is there

For your age, the constipation should generally not be much of a problem. Even after Cremaffin Plus if the problem is persisting there must a reason behind it. Consult a Gastroenterologist in person to evaluate and treat accordingly
