Less sleep

My daughter 3 year old is very active.but sleep very less. She is sleeping very late during night and wakes up early. She is a fussy eater but likes to drink milk.i offer her milk when ever she rejects any food. She East's too much biscuits which I know is no t good. Could you please help me with a diet routine or advice on changing this hanit.how do I make her eat food.

Restrict biscuits and milk intake to 250ml per day or else she will develop constipation... Make a habit of sleep early at night... You should eat together and give her food which we eat daily...give more fruits as per season...

Reduce milk then she will eat . Milk and biscuits will your appetite.

Give green leafy vegetables and fruits. Mix vegetables in the food she loves to eat. Give plenty of liquids.Avoid excess of day time sleep , so she will sleep early. Avoid gadgets that distracts her during eating and before sleep.
