I am 34 years old. My problem is low semen secretion. i am unable to build physical relationship with my wife for 2 or 3 times. for 1st usually i do not face any problem. but in 2nd time or 3rd time in a same day when i want to sex with my wife face issue. penis erected perfectly but the amount of semen secretion is very less. in 3rd time penis erected but no semen secretion. i can understand the problem. take enough water fruits and balance diet daily but situation remain same.
