Hi doc, Last year i had my semen analysis, my report was good and termed as normozoospermia. But recently when i had my semen analysis (for IVF), my normal forms were decreased to less then 1%. I checked twice for another month, again it was 1%. The Required range is more then 4%. I dont smoke or drink. I have healthy weight and healthy lifestyle. Suggest me how can i improve my normal forms of sperms by dietary changes or other lifestyle changes.
