You can do many investigations like Doppler studies and NST but both are not indicated before 28 weeks. We cannot do a Caesarean at 27 weeks because the survival of baby will be doubtful. You can get admitted to the hospital, take Oxygen intermittently, take Glucose drip or Amino drip but , Scientifically speaking, They are of doubtful value. You can take Arginine sachet twice a day but they are also of doubtful value at 27 weeks.

You may not be feeling movements probably because you are not consciously noticing them. Most common reason. At 27 weeks we cannot do much if there is actually some problem. We cannot deliver the baby. But get an ultrasound done to check the water around the baby( AFI) and overall growth of the baby.
