Hi, I am 36 weeks 5 days pregnant and getting less fetal movements. My AFI is 7-8 and rest is fine. Do I need to deliver now or I can do something to treat this

Decreased fetal movement is definitely matter of concern here in view of less liqour. Better consult ur gynae there.
