Dear Sir, My wife has delivered her first baby on 21 Dec 2016 through a C-SECTION. She doesn't have sufficient milk to feed the baby. Can u let me know when the baby will get sufficient milk from mother. Is there any medicines to increase the amount of milk. Regards

Hello, Since it is a c section, it may take some time to have sufficient breast milk production. You can also follow up your with your obstetrician and take presribed medicines to increase breast milk supply.

Hi Breast milk will slowly increase as the baby learns to suck the breast properly which will take couple of days since this is c section Concentrate on diet like garlic greens milk and fish High intake of those food will naturally increase breast milk If everything fails then go for medicines like cap lactare 2caps thrice daily after food But make sure she empties the breast after feeds to avoid breast engorgement
