Less bleeding during periods

It is my third day of periods and this time I am hardly bleeding. The first day I got to know because of a blood thread I saw . I used sanitary napkin after that but till the.next day there was no blood drop.on the napkin, then layer in the evening little bit. Today it is the thir day and the bleeding is abnormal. This is the first time I am.experiwncing this. Please suggest.

In case u are sexually active then pregnancy needs to be ruled out with a blood test And then only any further medication or test
