Less bleeding during periods

I am experiencing less flow during periods for the past 2 months, it usually lasts for 2 days but earlier it used to be 3 to 4 days, can I use Ashokarishta or any other tonic to get a good flow, please suggest as I m really tensed.

Ashokarista is usually given for heavy bleeding. First u need to find the cause for your less bleeding  so you call me directly through practo. Will give u the details on test that u need to do. A scan,  thyroid tests and to rule out PCOD Based on the cause will guide you with treatment details. .

Use some other syrup other than ashokarishta. You need to first check why you have less bleeding.. There are many causes Anemia or not increasing endometrial thickness and many more
