An oval shaped T1/T2 hypointense lesion of size ~ 37 x 15 x 14 mm submucosal fibroid with polypoidal extension into the endocervical canal. i have 1 baby of 2yr old and i want 1 more. what is the best treatment for this?

Kindly consult for non invasive scarfree management. We can do hysteroscopic removal of submucosal fibroid for viability for next pregnancy
