Legs swelling & abdominal pain

Both legs are swelling and he has abdominal pain when he eat food except curd or butter milk rice. Before that He suffered acidity so he consulted MBBS doctor he gave tonic and tablets. After that only he got legs are swelling and abdominal pain issue. So please give me a suggestion
