Legs problem

My legs is so weak in wake up time I am not standing properly . Monthly twice I am suffering this please suggest me.

Just approach to a physiotherapist and learn some strength training exercises,balance and coordination exercises followed by stretching exercises  for quadriceps ,hamstring,tensor fascia latae,gluteals and calf muscles ...
