My 4years son, he got circumcision surgery after 10days he his now suffering from legs pain..what happens him I don't know. Please suggest me

Firstly,children of this age have what we call growing up pains,which occur in the legs,in the muscles in between ankle and knee,and more in evening and night time. If it's that,relax. But if you can specifically time it AFTER the surgery,consult him,though there can't be a relation between the two.
