Legs loosing fat

Past one year My lower part mean legs become thin and loosing fat So I search on google and i m scarred that if u loosing fat in legs or legs becomes thin your are 300% more chance for cardiovascular Or any hidden disease My age is 40 year I have no any other problem

You look well built and nourished even after you r losing fat , so nothing to worry unless you have any other symptoms associated with it. Kindly mention your previous and present weight to know if weight loss is significant. Cardiovascular diseases are associated with obesity and not weight loss.

Look for symptoms like leg pains that increase on walking, on night pains or leg swelling, or colour change or ulcer formation... If nothing like this is seen..need not worry.. Stop searching Google for such doubts...to avoid anxiety
