I have disc pblms for that am facing upper back pain , majorly calf muscles to feet pains while feel like not even walk properly and stand please help me with this

As per you and your history and radiological finding it is suggestive of Central disc bulge with secondary canal stenosis.. But this thing only confirm after clinical evaluation so please go for the clinical evaluation either online or offline mode..
