Legs and hands pains
3 weeks back got covid.. before 1 week got negatve..but after I got negatve.. muscles pains started..lot of pain in hands and legs.. sometimes neck also.. doctor said it's post covid and suggested to me to use vitamin E acetate and levocarnitate tablets and aceclofenac tablets..I'm using that from last 3 days I don't find any difference in pain..can i use any other tablets and help me with this for what is the reason..

Yes such symptoms are seen post Covid. You should take good healthy diet, maintain hydration, exercise daily, yoga and meditation activities and pain killers as and when required
