Good morning sir/mam My son is 2 months and 1 day , he shakes his foot alone while taking foot without his knowledge followed by that he stretches his leg Please let me if this is normal While he is half  sleep or when I let his leg free ,if i  push his finger it vibrates and if I let free it settles down

Seems like you are causing a clonus by pushing the toes of his legs while sleeping. And according to information given by you, this is a normal phenomenon, it will go away as baby grows older
