Hello mam/sir,I took an x ray for my leg which swelled on Monday after falling down from steps, please look into and let me know if there is any problem

The x ray quality is not very good. But there doesn't seem to be any bony injury as such. What is the exact site of pain.. Is the swelling still there or reduced.. There is a possibility of soft tissue injury which may be causing the problem.
Next Steps
You can start with ice fomentation,  apply crepe bandage for support, take analgesic tablet,  keep the limb elevated over pillow, avoid weight bearing over that foot..
