Dear Doctors I am facing some problems from few weeks.. Everyday usually my both legs get tired and seems uncomfortable...Mild pain happens...Which subsides by massage... I don have any pain in buttocks or behind thigh.. But massage in thing also feels great.. I also don't have any pain while walking, climbing stairs... I am non diabetic..but have hypertension which i take medicine and in control... cholesterol level slightly elevated but HDL is very low.. I am only 36 years age...Left smoking.. I previously had L1 compression fracture ( stable fracture three years ago ..) Please guide me am i having PAD?? Or any other issues?? I am 87kg weight.. I Google it but didn't get any clear idea.. I am worried..plz guide me .

your symptoms are likely to be related to muscle fatigue and nerve problems like neuropathy. you can use vitamin E 400 mg once daily, magnesium effervescent or tablet 400 mg once daily,tab neurobion once daily for a few days and Adequate daily water consumption.
