Leg pain after urination (negative UTI)

Hello Doctor, Sharp pain at feet after urination. Urine culture analysis results are negative. Doctor gave me course of antibiotics. I feel like urinating again and again. I feel like my bladder is not emptying completely I m taking enough fluids daily This is occurring very frequently. Kindly advise Thanks!!!
