Leg pain after sitting on them

When i sit on my legs under me for like 10 + minutes and i try to stand up i get this excruciating pain in my feet ankles legs and torso and i cant move. It also makes me me nauseous and my whole body seizes up.it takes a couple of minutes to subside. Is this a normal reaction to the the poor circulation in my legs from sitting on them?
