Grade I/II tear/sprain of medial collateral ligament along the femoral attachment 4.Grade II horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus 5.Fluid with hyperintense signal seen along the myotendinous region of popliteus muscle suggestive of sprain WHAT TREATMENT TO DO? It's my previous question against which I rec'd answer here as below: You need arthroscopic surgery ... Meniscectomy and debridement as soon as possible. My next question as below: Right now still swelling in my leg knee and I also unable to fold leg completely? Under this circumstances can I go for the surgery??
